The hotel is situated at execellent location with good view.The rooms is ok.It hasn't proper water outlet in bathrooms.They didn't even provide door mats.The hotel has vehicle for free shuttle service.Food was ok.The reception staff were not friendly.

The hotel is away from market,but location is fine.The staffs are very cordial.Rooms are large and clean.The hotel has free shuttle service to market area.I enjoyed the break fast and dinner in the hotel.It deservs the three star rating.

The rooms have wooden floors and wooden walls which makes the room warms. There are many fireplaces. The view os better than most other hotels is Darjeeling. The food is good. There is a free pick up and drop service from to the mall.
