The Windamere is a really great hotel. We had a wonderful time there. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (and the coal fires are a great touch!) and the restaurant serves up quality food. The service is immaculate and the setting is beautiful. I really can't recommend this hotel (or Darjeeling) enough. A real home from home.
