An average hotel if you are on a budget. Hotel staff are courteous, but really need to pay more attention on the cleanliness of the rooms. Conveniently located very near to Mall Road (only a two minute walk).

It's a very poor experience in this hotel. The food is very very bad, the service is also bad. They are not even response to the bell or phone at night. One side of the room wall is made by glass, and thus without room heater not possible to manage. Most of the ELECTRIC ports are damaged we found hard to charge the mobile and camera.

This hotel is a lovely place to be in. Not too far away from the mall. The view from the rooms are superb. The only problem was the hot water which was solved later on. They have in house restaurant but I preferred the food outside. Another problem is that they do not have a lift. So walking upto the third floor is quite a problem.

Stayed for 1 night during my visit in January , 2017. Very Basic place to stay. I was provided with room on higher floor , Don;t have any elevator , so needed to climb up with my suitcase. Room is desperate need of fresh coat of paint. Toilet was not very clean and water logged. You need to inform reception to get Hot water from geyser. Room size was quite big . Had a old crt Television. Furniture inside the rooms were all old and half broken.View from window was great. No Kitchen , so need to go outside for meals. Taxi stand to Siliguri and NJP was just few min walk. Mall was around 10 min walk from the Hotel.Had few eating places around the hotel.

Just beside garbage area of darjeeling..so where ever u go have to go through the garbage area...staff of the hotel are adamant dont even say hello...always in a angry mood ..kind of cheapest hotel in terms of look ..dont provide hotwater after 9:30pm till 6:30am..the day we were back we had to leave the hotel by 6:00am and my son and we had to freshen up in chill cold water..feel sorry for myself to choose a hotel like that..we booked a superdeluxe room and it was just an ordinary room ...charge a lot of money for sightseeing ..they asked 2500from us but we booked a inova from outside for 1500.. Only they believe in their profit customer satisfaction doesnt matter to them..the blankets were never washed..soo dirty..please dont spoil your holiday trip by choosing this hotel we ordered chicken pakora they served us soo bad pakoras without marinating only dipped in simple gramflour batter without afding onion garlic ginger ..horrible..

This hotel is located opposite to the Bethany School and is around 5-7 minutes walk to chow rasta. The room was quite spacious but cleanliness was a big issue. The bed sheets, pillows and blankets all were full of dust. The staff didn’t even change the bed sheets and pillow cover. After coming in contact with the blankets I was sneezing for about 15-20 mintes. It took me some time to get adjusted to these conditions. The bathroom was big but was even dirtier than the rooms with bath mugs and buckets stained, the walls were all damped with a bad smell all around and no exhaust fan. The mirror was damaged and dirty and I can hardly see my face in it. It gave a very sickening feeling on entering the bathroom. The room gave a good view of the city, however we didn’t get to see the Kanchenjunga as the sky was not clear. The restaurant of the hotel was closed as it was off season but tea was available and was of average taste. The TV at the room was However, the staff was quite courteous and helpful and gave good idea about the nearby places to visit. The hotel staff should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the hotel.
