I booked late and there was only a triple room (300 Rs) available. Very basic, not too clean (especially the bathroom) but acceptable for the price. Food was good, the restaurant a cosy place and the staff helpful with well priced travel arrangements. A bit of a (uphill on the way back) walk from the centre though.

Pros: nice view (at least if you have a southern room), quiet, friendly service, good price. Cons: hot water only 2 hours at evening time, not-so-very-good restaurant, about ten minute walk from the main hotel area in Dr. Zakhir Hussein rd.

Worst experience ever. Mattress and best sheets were moist, room was dusty. Hot water only available for 2 hours from 4 to 6 pm in double rooms. Noise at night is terrible. We stayed at Hotel Aliment for 5 nights and felt very much at home by the time we left. We really liked the hotel owner, Jhulendra Gurung, who is very helpful and friendly.
