We were in a group of 10 people, 3 rooms booked thru Heena Tours & Travels. The rooms were terribly maintained, Broken Window Pains, Run Down State of Fittings, Moustiquo Menace, Unwashed Linnen & Towels too.

I stayed in Sterling Resort, Darjeeling 3 days and it was a memorable stay for me. The resort has breathtaking views and offers great cusine. The staff is very supportive and always available.

This resort of Sterling is at an exceptional location. Far away from the hustle bustle of Darjeeling. The resort has its own beauty which one can cherish sitting on the verandah of their individual cottages. The wooden finish in the cottages give the resort a retro look and feel. The ambiance is perfect to sit and relax.

i went to this resort on a business trip. it was an enjoyable experience. service was excellent, very prompt.room interiors also were excellent.breakfast in the morning was excellent. in room dinning is but very expensive. the location is fantastic of the resort. we could see kanchanga right from resort. the only problem was that travelling to darjeeling is very inconvenient... We stayed in this Resort during August 2011, every thing was perfect ok be it food, service, location, travel arrangements except its location, you need to travle 8 km to visit darjeeling however this also can be ignored considering the other benefits of the resort.
