This hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel. But, as far as I am concerned, it should be rated as a 5 star hotel.

I do the reservation by either e-mail or internet and immediate confirmation is received re our booking.

Every time my wife and I visit Chennai, we always stay in this hotel because we are very happy with all the services provided by the hotel staff.
Examples such as :-

1. When you check-in, you are welcome by the reception staff with smiling faces and you are treated like a royal visitor.
2. The room service is excellent. Your orders are attended to within ten minutes.
3. The house-keeping too is very superb.
4. The rooms are vaccumed every day and kept spotlessley clean.
5. Bathroom too is cleaned and all tioletries are replenished without asking.

To sum it up, this hotel is worth staying in and it is like home away from home. The tariff too is not absorbitant.
