The hotel must pick and train their customer contact staff with great effort. The most polite and efficient service throughout my stay. The cappachino 24 hours cofee shop is excellent, the service is too good, the food quality is wonderfull, the ambience is great, the dublin pub is the cities best pub though open only for four days a week, the rates are also very reasonable for the service they provide, it attracts the cities celebs during weekend.
