This is a place good for those who need a night halt or a day during busy business visits. Dinning facility is not that dependable but room was ok. Lack of bigger windows make it little difficult for longer stays. Washroom was good.

Staffs are too bad.. they dont serve their customers kind. no hospitality.. rooms are too small.. stinky toilet.. not worth even for a single penny.. a stay there wil make your day horrible.. wrong decision of choosing to stay there. Don go by brand name. There are far better hotels in chennai to stay happy

average hotel,good for max 3-4 days stay.One should ask for extra tea bags since they keep only one tea bag. Even for biscuits or any small need the grocery stores are a little far. after reaching the room you do not feel like getting down. Better arrange things before you reach hotel

Am a frequent visitor of Ginger IITM - Chennai for the past one year. Even though the hotel has only the basic amenities, the excellent attitude and helpfulness of the staff there, especially Mr. Anbu, is the main reason that i frequent the same hotel. The rooms though small are space saving and designed well.

Apart for the location, there is nothing to recommend about this hotel, rooms are small and more likely than not, something is not functional in it. One should definitely check the room before accepting it, since something is likely to be wrong or not working in the room (first it was the AC, then the TV, then the toilet...).

This is one of the most pathetic Ginger's I have been to - overpriced, bad location, very poor service, small rooms, no cell phone connectivity, very hard to get out of the room as this is on 11th floor and the elevator service is really bad and no in-house food options. First and last time ever at this Ginger.
