I have stayed twice the hotel in Anna Salai. First time was in 1st week of April 2012. I was given a room in the 1st floor which was not much comfortable at all. The A/C was freezing!! For an unexpected 'trip' to Chennai, the hotel was very very good. I ended up in Chennai due to my place 'malfunctioning in the air', but that is another story. Front desk was friendly, hotel design was good, bell staffs were good, the food was really good! Overall, enjoyed my short stay here.

This is a fundamentally good hotel with some funny and sometimes limiting rules. They make a fuss about allowing people to come up and meet you in the rooms. Packed breakfast - reluctant. Overall Service Standard - OK. Nothing to write home about.
