I have recently shifted to Chennai with my husband and are use to staying in 4-5 star hotels as we tend to travel a lot. Crescent Inn is by far one of the best service apartment Ive stayed in.
It is situated at a good location. Breezy beach is a 5 minute walk and malls/cinema halls/marina beach, everything is 30 mins away !! Its an ideal location !!
Service is good, staff is very friendly,courteous and very helpful (they helped us wz directions all the time & even advised us few places where we can rent an apartment after we move out). And yes, it is a very clean place to live.
They come for regular clean-ups and the food is also good.
The only feedback I can give is that they should have more variety of food for breakfast & dinners.

Crescent homes have location advantage since being ECR in chennai (which leads to pondichery), it is easily accessible from chennai central station ( approx 18 km ) and airport (approx 20 km).
The facilities are very basic and nothing like a service apartment with the charges that it has should provide.
Although if you are lucky you might get a road facing room else most of its rooms are building faced and do not have a great view.
Room service is average and food is below average.
Any requirement takes many hours to get met. Its better that one calls for food from outside or goes out to have it. Dont bother ordering from room firstly it substandard and on top of it takes hell of along time to reach you.
Its better to book service apartment with velacity (see my review on the same). It has same charges but provides much better services and facillites.
