I was on a work visit to Chennai and was put up here by my company. Location is very good. Nungambakkam area, which is where it is has hotels, restaurants, cafes, offices.. all nearby. My office was 5 minutes away by car which was an added advantage. The room were very clean. The toilets also very clean. Overall the guesthouse was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very hepful as well which made us feel like home. The food prepared by the staff was just like home food and tasty/healthy. I have no complaints whatsoever.
The airport is slightly far around 45 minutes. But the location is perfect.
