Rooms are quite small (and mine did not have a window!!!). But A/C worked well. Room itself was clean and bathroom was ok. Hot water was working (once you found the switch for the boiler). Stayed here for a few nights. Avoid ground floor rooms. We had a single (for 2 people...tight!!) on the 3rd floor. Nice vibe. Seemingly newly renovated. Clean, hot water, fan, TV (when satellite wasn't on the fritz). Friendly people and in the heart of bustling T. Nagar. Close distance to many attractions in Chennai. Will stay again if I need... hi everyone, had a wonderful stay at their place specially in their family room, the bathrooms were European closet which were clean and neat. the prices were reasonably priced for a family room in that area(t.nagar), will definitely recommend this place to anyone. the sevice was also excellent.

We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights. The rooms situated on 3rd floor were new, spacious and comfortable for families. The famous T-Nagar shops are just 5 minutes walk from this hotel. The room service to provide Tea/Coffee and snacks from adjacent restaurants were excellent. It is clean and value for money spent.
