Residency Hotel is pretty good hotel for the people to enjoy the Facilities in center of the city. Other than these Hotel's cleaniless and Quality was good. In chennai i can say this one of the good hotel.

Lovely cosy place....worth the penny! One bothered about the budget can surely drop in here for a change too. Good staff and pleasant behaved. When travelling single, can look for this place which is close to the shopping sites.

We had booked a four bedded non ac room for my family. The rooms were big enough and beds were good. We had a balcony attached to our room. We stayed for 2 days and really enjoyed the stay. The staffs helped us to carry the luggages. The manager gave us a discount as it was off season.

Mind blowing place to stay with all the facility. Good service excellent rooms, excellent location & amenities affordable price, quality of food. Accessible to most of the Chennai's major shopping center, U S Embassy and also the Major jewelery shops, and the world famous Marina beach.

The decor was fabulous. We thought it was excellent value for the money we paid and the food in the restaurant was extremely good and tasty. The rooms had an effective cooling system and constant hot water.

Its ok ok stay with Chennai residency. A great setback for hotel is most staff and room service boys doesnt know English or Hindi. Food is not good. Service is good but not worth for 4k per day for a single traveller.
