Pros: free wifi, good gym, nice south indian breakfast buffet. friendly staff, they were very accomodating. lots of English Channels on TV. a few supermarkets within walking distance. There is a bazzar not far away either. good A/C Cons, Can't think of any :)

Good location near to a very busy shopping street and good food in the rooftop restaurant. Nice quiet breakfast on the business floor. Clearly very popular with the locals for weddings and the like. Staff were fine.

I stayed in The Residency, Chennai for 2day. Nice place to stay.. Hotel staff are very good in guiding in finding places in chennai.. Rooms are good and clean in all. Feel like my residence in food and morning breakfast.. Thanks Residency, Chennai... :)

Residency Hotel is pretty good hotel for the people to enjoy the Facilities in center of the city. Other than these Hotel's cleaniless and Quality was good. In chennai i can say this one of the good hotel.

Lovely cosy place....worth the penny! One bothered about the budget can surely drop in here for a change too. Good staff and pleasant behaved. When travelling single, can look for this place which is close to the shopping sites.
