The hotel service is not good. I stayed for 3days in prema palace A/c room and the room was not getting cooled I called reception and complained but no response from them. They took 4-5 hrs to change the room. Overall I was not satisfied with the service.

I stayed at this place just for one night while on my way to Bangalore. I got to know about the place through a Taxi Driver who took me there and the hotel was decent. But I didnt really like the setup as the rooms were a bit smaller and also the room I got was right overlooking the railway... More
