The Naila Bagh Palace is one of the oldest boutique Heritage properties of the pink city (Jaipur). Originally built in 1870, it was the then Prime Minister's residency. Now run by descendants of Fateh Singh Ji (ex prime minister), it is conveniently located in the heart of Jaipur. Close to almost all historical sights. The hotel has a billiard room, swimming pool and artwork on display amongst other facilities.
Nestled within the historic charm of a haveli, this Airbnb offers an enchanting stay. The intricately carved architecture and vibrant decor transport you to a bygone era. The attentive host ensures a seamless experience, ensures everything is provided and warm conversations and laughters are shared. Overall, a delightful blend of cultural immersion and comfort.

We were two women who arrived at Nailabagh at 11.00 p.m. at night. Honestly it looked spooky. They turn off the lights in the common areas after 10.00 p.m. there was no one at the gate or the Reception desk for assistance. After calling out several times help arrived and we were taken to our room which looked super spooky. The pictures in the room could probably be apt for the common areas. The next day we raised our concern with Mr Kundan who understood what was bothering us. We were provided with a much nicer room and we enjoyed our stay for the next couple of days. We had to reschedule our departure but Mr Kundan was kind enough to assist us with the travel arrangements. Mr Suraj also assisted us with our stay and very kindly arranged for packed breakfast for our early departure.…

I booked 2 rooms at the Naila Bagh hotel for 2 nights. The staff is very kind and always eager to please and are very flexible. The hotel is far from being a ‘palace’ as stated in its title, but more like a great guest house in an ancient setting, which is very lovely. The rooms are quite comfortable but old. The electric plugs do not look very safe, the warming system quite weak, the shower is strictly what is needed. But we did slept very well and were happy with the old-fashion style. Choice of meals at dinner and breakfast is quite limited, but what we had were always tasty and served properly and with a smile. No reason to complain really. We liked the beautiful and kind, clean dog in the garden, as well as the peacocks. The Manager was very sympathic, always helpful and eager to ensure we were happy with our stay.…

The property certainly photographs well. Potentially an interesting old building, but well past its best. It needs a considerable amount of money spending on it to bring it up to date. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

Lovely faded grandeur old palace hotel. Suraj was extremely helpful with taxi's etc. Breakfast omelette was great. We liked the quiet atmosphere. The room was a little tired and a mirror in the bedroom would have been good but we liked staying here and would definitely return.

This is the MOST TERRIBLE and DECEPTIVE marketing of this horrific property . They are most unwelcoming and so not even let a car (except that of the owners ) enter through the gates . Your luggage has to be dragged through cobblestone and mud ! The rooms are dilapidated and old and run down with torn curtains and smelly bathrooms! There is no fresh linens available . The service staff at the Reception have a terrible attitude and we were told that we could leave if we wanted to and it is our problem re the policy and bookings through Bookings. Com. The photographs published are a farce and incorrect to what is actually the state of the hotel. I can hardly even call it a hotel, leave alone palace ! seems more like a ghost house !!! Book her if you want your stay ruined!!

The hotel has a beautiful lobby that reminds of its old days as a palace. Our room was clean, spacious and charming! The service is extraordinary and the whole staff very friendly! Unfortunately the whole pool area was under construction during our stay.
