The room service is really slow. there is no hot water. there are no basic amenities in room such as sugar, tea bags, lotion, shower gel etc. The towels are very hard in texture. Don't take extra mattress, it is dirty. The only decent thing is food and restaurant staff.

Rooms quite roomy and clean but that's about the only positives of this place. When we arrived the phone and tv were unplugged we asked someone to fix- we were told someone would be sent up immediately. The staff were warm and friendly but their standard of English was not great sometimes. The rooms were clean, the restaurant ok, but it is definitely not walkable to the centre of town. We had an overall pleasant stay.
