Its a very nioce hotel with good staff. The food is again too good, specially the Paranthaas. I stayed here with my Boss from USA and he also admired their hospitality. Rooms have enough space, bathroom have all amnities.

it was economical and nice place to stay in Jaipur. location is also very convinent and near to the market place

i would say was duped by the online offer. the hotel was dirty. the staff was curt. it was projected as a high end hotel online whereas i would call it a low budget dirty hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Neelam for 2 days and it was the worst experience ever... The rooms were very uncomfortable.... Service was very bad....
