In the month of February I visited this hotel for a meeting purpose. The hotel was very good and well furnished. The staff of hotel was very good and are well trained and it was very humble in nature. The the food offering of this hotel was very delicious. This hotel offer both AC and non AC rooms as per your budget. It is an budget friendly hotel.

I stayed in this hotel with my family. It is a good hotel with nice rooms.neat and clean rooms. amenities are good.food is very testy. but front office staff is very slow.We were waiting for check in and check out for a lot of time but there was no response, no body came to pick luggage from room ,even Mr. Mohit helped us in check in process.
suggestions - front office should be more friendly.
Put some in house activities for children.

When we first arrived. We were put in a lovely , fairly small room, with no windows, and a lovely bathroom, but the room was just too dark. My husband asked if we could change rooms and they said no problem. We were in placed in a huge bedroom with a study, they courtyard, huge bathroom with tub. It was one of the nicest places I have stayed. I would live there if I could. The people working, there were amazing, helpful, and kind.

Facility-wise it's ok.
Food cost was normal.
Food Quality was OK. Roti was not so good.
Cleaning Good.
Actually, It's Old property so you will miss freshness.
So, Everything is old including Bed sheets, towels etc.
Better to avoid if you find other good option.
Free wi-fi for half hour only

I had the misfortune to stay at this hotel in December 2011. Nothing positive about the hotel....bad location, bad food, bad services. I guess they provide heavy commission to travel agents and operators to 'supply' guests at this hotel. Not recommemdable at all.....there are thousands of better options at Jaipur.

I stayed in the hotel. Exchange rate was display but when I asked to change money (euro) they did not give me the rate that was display. They reduce the rate by almost 5 Indian rupee. No hot water is available at night. They send me a bucket of hot water to bath in evening. Swimming pool look like they never clean it. You have to pay for Internet connection per hour and the connection is crap. Think well before going to this hotel. It's not worth the price you pay.

We just returned from spending 2 nights at the Jaipur Palace Hotel in Jaipur India. The website of the hotel posted a 5-star sttus so we were really looking forward to staying there. However, the Hotel is from no angle a five star. The rooms are surely below 5star standards. Right from the start we got a negative impression of the hotel. We had just come in from Agra after staying at the Holiday Inn there and we could see the drastic difference immd. At the front porch, there was no one to greet you or assist with you baggage. we made our way to the reception with are baggage. The 2 staff there were doing nothing but did not even hello us. We went to the room and were quite shocked with its state. There was no Hot water in the rooms. We called more than 50 times and it took them many excuses and over 4hrs to get the tap to run with hot water. There was no management to address our concerns. Next morning the breakfast was not worth writing about. However, I must let you know about the spread. Omelets were pre prepared and kept in a dish warmer, there was over rime Payapa, hot Indian dishes which were being served cold, Canned juices. Although there were jst 8 guest, the buffet was really messy. None of the staff in the restaurant bothered to clean it up. Later on the same night when we returned to the room, it was 2330hrs. There was loud music and our room was vibrating to the dance steps of people having a party. I called reception at 2345hrs who informed me that there was a band playing in the hotel restaurant and people were dancing. I inquired as to when it would end and was told "at 2330". I reminded them that is was 15 mins past 2330. it took them another 10 mins to shut down the music. This was not the end. For the next 2 hrs the staff were preparing the restaurant for the morning set-up the sound of the screeching tables were all over our room. When I complained, I was told in these exact words "the set-up has to be done and we cannot stop it".
I have stayed at economy hotel lile Days Inn in the US and at Ibis in Amsterdam. I can confidently say that they are much better.
The bottom line is that the Hotel should claim to be a 5 star.

Stayed here while in Jaipur. Hotel is next to train tracks. I was always beat and did not hear them but if you are a lightweight this may be an issue which is added to it being also close to a main road all the honking.

The hotel is much older in a location that is being built, so there is traffic and dirt. Not much to do around. A few good restaurants (for American palate) and some coffee shops. I recommend staying closer to the pink city.

Rooms were clean and AC worked well, had to actually turn mine off. Staff was very friendly until they weren't, which was usually with you no being complacent or agreeing to their demands ( payment at that exact moment or disagreeing with laundry items). They were also very curious and asked where I came from and where I was going.

Conveniently located especially if you are flying in to the city. It was a bit tough to locate as a lot of people either did not understand what we were saying or they had no idea of the place. Then an auto driver directed us to the location. I tried calling the hotel but somehow their phone was not connecting, maybe a matter of chance as they were hosting a wedding party and the guests had already arrived and check-ins were in progress.

The hotel reminded me of the 80's. Our room was spacious, the bathroom neat but slightly smaller when compared to the room, but it is a well functioning bathroom so no complaints.

The staff is generally warm and smiling but the service is very slow. They seem to be very laid back. They have mentioned that they have internet but when asked they refused point blank saying that it is not working and there is no WiFi so if you plan to stay here carry your own internet.

The food is not great so would suggest you skip that and instead explore the city for more options and believe me there are many including Niro's, LMB, Dasaprakash, etc.

Nice for simple wedding functions as well as small conferences and meetings. Once can check if food can be catered from outside.

The hotel is neat and clean and overall not a bad bet if one has to stay a few days.
