This hotel was HORRIBLE including the very mean staff, nasty food, poorly designed rooms, everything! I can't remember one thing positive about this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Indeed, very special is the city palace and the famous observatory. The rooms could be better, but the location was very nice and quiet. Service could be better.

The staff here are unhelpful at best, and the location is on the outskirts of the city. We were taken here after initially booking at hotel shappora, and this hotel is clearly inferior.
