This is a delightful lodge, set well away (about 40 minutes drive) from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. It is atmospheric and restful, and the management and staff are charming and attentive. The management make the most of the wonderful setting: while we were there we had a late morning breakfast on the terrace, lunch on the lawn in... More

Stayed in room 203 on 28th Dec 11 for one night specifically to feel old world charm of Maharaja's hunting lodge . It was worth every rupee. ( Other 2 nights were spent in another hotel near Jaipur airport ) Rooms are super size , luxurious , clean and well appointed . My room was about 500 sq ft with... More

Staying in a 5 star hotel is nothing special, but this is not your ordinary 5 star hotel, it is an experience of a life time in our opinion. As soon as we entered the front gate, we felt like we were treated as royals. More

This hotel is a real gem. My wife and I were in a small party travelling in India and arrived tired. We were greated personally by the manager, his wife and his staff with a cooling drink and had garlands placed around our necks and given the traditional bindi. The rooms was large, clean and comfortable with wonderful views across... More

The hotel is small with hunting trophies and enormous bedrooms. It's location is spectacular but some way out of Jaipur city. The food is mediocre in comparison and invitations to drinks on the lawn are charged to your room at excessive prices. More

We stayed at this hotel by mistake. There were a number of wedding and large corporate conferences in Jaipur (along with the usual busy tourist season) so all hotels during aour travel dates were busy. We misunderstood the distance of this hotel from the main city (an hour) and booked here. But for the distance, this is a very nice... More

We had booked this hotel for our 1st Anniversary celebrations. And we found this place to be perfect for us to spend time with each other without any disturbance. The hotel location is a bit far from the city and its a bit confusing as there no correct sign boards along the way to reach this place. And our driver... More

It's an amazing hotel, with perfect location, away from city with a royal touch as it was the hunting lodge of Maharaja of Jaipur. It has real animal skin well preserved. The pool is where you can relax overlooking the mountains. It organizes occasional traditions dances too. The rooms are awesome. Though the restaurant doesn't offer what other restaurant in... More

Close to nature away from chaotic Jaipur crowed.... a place to be remembered and cherished for a long long time. Poor public transportation and post rainy season 12 km of around 35 km road is bumpy is only nagging factor. More

Having stayed in Jaipur many times it was a real surprise to find the Ramgarh Lodge and what a real treat it is. It is about a 40 minute drive beyond jaipur but well worth the bumpy journey to be able to stay in such idyllic surroundings, such a contrast to bustling, noisy, dirty, chaotic Jaipur city. I think jaipur... More
