Very basic despite the fact that it is a regional maharaja palace. Stayed there for 2 night during our visit to Jaipu. The room we were allocated was outside the original place. There were some interuptions to power throughout the first night. TV was not working also but somebody fixed that the following day. There is a small swimming pool... More

This hotel has feel charm, amazing reception area, spacious bedrooms and friendly service. You can swim in the pool, enjoy an ayurvedic massage or just enjoy the charm of the sumptuous surroundings. It's also well located near the edge of Old Jaipur town.

Bissau Palace was part of our G Adventures trip. It was a great place to stay, largely due to its heritage and ambience. The rooms were basic but clean. The bed was hard, but we were so tired at the end of each day, it didn't bother us. It's a tranquil environment in the middle of Jaipur's hustle and bustle.... More

I loved this place, full of charm, and very pleasing to the eye.... great entrance and lobby... few nice shops, good place to change money too. was a swimming pool, but I didnt use, and food was fine, nothing amazing, but nothing to complain about.

The entrance is the best part. We stayed in the old part that was very shabby and beds squeaked all night. Shower was a bit rustic. The hotel offers all services including internet, laundry etc and has a nice pool. Meals were good but staff lacked manners and expected a tip for everything. Reasonably close to town and very noisy... More

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of an Intrepid trip. It is a grand old heritage building, full of character. However, there has not been much effort put into upgrading the rooms or in keeping them clean. The bedding and linens leave much to be desired. Very dodgey. The dining room service was dreadful if one was ordering... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on an Intrepid tour. Initially it all looked very promising driving in from the chaos outside. The communal areas are reasonably pleasant. The lounge, dining room and library look reasonably impressive and do have some old world charm. But then I went to my room. Outside were a couple of filthy old pillows which were... More

From the moment you enter the gates and head up the driveway, you feel that you are entering a world far from the craziness (but fun) that is Jaipur. Set in beautiful gardens this place feels like staying in a family home. The public areas are stunning, yet have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Spend some time exploring the lounge... More

This is extremly charming place in Jaipur. I would recommend to stay there. Thought not a Western standard still great place to stay. Probably the best rooms I have ever seen in my life. I enjoy every minute in this hotel. This place is also very authentic one. Staying there I was feeling like if I was a maharaja.
