Stayed here for 3 nights while in Jaipur for a friends hospital visit. It was close to the hospital and relatively inexpensive.....but the room and furniture and linens were sub standard. It was truly one of the worst hotels I've stayed at during my 11 trips to India. It could be a decent place if they would put a little money into new pillows, sheets, towels, and a few hours of deep cleaning.

Stayed at Pratap for one night before going to Pushkar.
The place is ok if you are a budget traveller looking for a place to stay in for one night. I would not stay there for more then this.
We stayed in what they call 'Deluxe room' which has A/C (quite old and noisy) and cable TV. The place was reasonably clean for a budget hotel. The staff tried their best to be helpful despite very poor English skills.
Decent Internet connection for those who require WiFi however you won't be able to pick-up the signal from all rooms. We stayed in a side room on the first floor and couldn't get it. As the router is located in reception, I would say that any room above the first floor has zero chance for Wifi reception.
Our rate included breakfast which was pretty basic (omelette and tea). Location seems to be pretty residential and it doesn't appear to be close to any of Jaipur's tourist attractions. Keep that in mind.
