I stayed here while visiting a friend in Mumbai. The hotel accomodations were good. There was no hot water in one of the room's we had occupied. The owner of the hotel seemed really nice, but we ended up feeling as if we were overcharged for a lot of things. We had asked around for information on tours from the hotel and there too he gave us a whole lot of talk but never actually helped us. The room service/restaurant food was very good.
