There were five of us in all, two adults and rest children. We moved in quite late and the first problem we encountered was that there was no security guard at the entrance to open the gate though the Hotel was quite easy to locate as it has a large signboard. However the bad start just didnt end there, I realized it doesn't have a lift so I had big trouble carrying all my luggage peices up to the room (Ya I could have it carried but they didnt have adequate staff in the middle of d night) We had requested for an additional bed while making an advance booking, however even that arrangement wasn't already made. Though I had just opted for only accomodation option, the first impression wasn't great as the complimentary part the following morning was a cup of tea that wasn't even warm. Overall perfect place to stay and get out. But the adajacent restaurant of their own management (ornaments) is pretty good, so do try it!
