Thank God... even before I could use their service, I had a terrible attitude problem from the reservation lady.... They behave as if they are the only Hotelier in Mumbai...... God save the guest visiting these guys....

The first and last salient point of this hotel is its location .....the rooms are ok....food is pathetic......if the need is to be centrally located ....then choose this hotel....otherwise not....please do not expect luxury....
