The best part is the location as its located in Kemps Corner one of the best places in South Bombay. Rooms are excellent as per the price charged... Good staff and really very hospitable staff..... Food is just a small problem as they have very limited choice but great places to have nearby.... Too good for the price....

Decent rooms excellent location and total paisa-vasool for the location in the heart of bombay! lots of good places to eat nearby though not too many options in the hotel itself (only breakfast) warden road and breach candy are a walk away so is malabar hill! good for staying out most of the times

clean comfortable rooms well located in the hub of the city. excellent value for money. there is little more I can add to its credit except that it is a walk from most places of interest. hotel does not have a resturant but a lot of excellent eateries are within reach.

The hotel is not at a very great location. But the service is very good. The room is good and i had a comfortable stay. They helped me in all ways and i would recomend this hotel if one is travelling for work.

The Standard rooms are dated but the delux room are new done the price for which it is offered and the locality in south mumbai is realy excellent
