Stayed at the Citizen for 3 days in Mumbai. The location is fantastic - right on the beach which is a hub of activity and excitement in the evenings and littered with local cricket games on a Sunday. This is excellent budget hotel on Juhu Chopaty. Rooms are small but location is excellent. Best ivalue for money is if you take package with all meals. Only draw back is bathroom size. Staff and service uis good. Airport pickup & dropout is complimentary

The location of the hotel is probably the only plus point of the hotel and oof course the affordability. It is probably the only budget hotel with an open air restaurant, right on the Juhu Beach. The Location is excellent, Right on the Juhu Beach. All Rooms have a Sea view, but when you open the windows you really dont get the sound of the sea waves.
