Clean and tidy hotel, staff were pleasant. Bed was hard, breakfast was ok. Room was well equipped but hotel decor a little dated. Room above me was being renovated, so lots of drilling and hammering. Location was good if you want to be away from the busy strip. The best bars and restaurants are around 20-30min away. The partial sea view was very disappointing and the pictures in their adverts a little misleading.

Had a great short stay at this hotel, located right on the heart of Juhu beach. You can go to the beach just by going down the stairs from the hotel. I used to stay here as a kid back in the 90’s, and I am impressed by the standard they’ve maintained for the hotel. Definitely staying here again!

Exceptionally clean hotel. Fantastic staff who not only care about their customers, but also the hotel they work for and take pride in the job they do. Extremely comfortable rooms, which are cleaned on a daily basis (unlike our first hotel - Hotel Atlantic, which was a complete dump). The terrace is a great place to chill in the evening with a bar snack and a drink and watch the hustle and bustle of Juhu Beach wind down for another day. Service is prompt, food delicious and, of equal importance, delivered with a smile. Can't recommend this place enough...

I was actually quite skeptical judging by the reviews I read but was pleasantly surprised. Although yes I only had a partial view of the beach, it was uplifting enough and would tempt me to go downstairs to the restaurant which has a patio opening up to great beach views and is the best place to chill and have beers anytime of the day. The room was decent by Bombay standards - very clean, queen size bed, comes with a mini fridge, safe, hair dryer and basic toiletries, tea/coffee sachets and two 1litre complimentary water bottles every day. The basin area in the bathroom was too tiny with hardly any room to leave your toiletries and the Wifi was quite spotty which also disrupted the cable channels. There's enough parking space if you have guests visiting and staff is immensely responsive, even with any late night complaints. However, they do kind of randomly shut off access back through their beach entry gate even though it was well within the publicised timings.

Pathetic rooms...specially bathrooms...it's yukkkkk, attachment is there to just see and then avoid going here completely. M not going there ever again....the size of bathroom is so small and congested...only small kids will be comfortable using it .

We booked to stay here for two nights 28th February and 1st March. The hotel is located along Tara Road on Juhu Beach. Our double executive room was on the first floor. If we strained our necks, looking out the window, we got glimpses of Juhu Beach as well as a derelict building site. The room did seem to be a bit compact. It did have a small fridge, safe, hairdryer, wall mounted television with English channels, if required. There was also a tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Two clothes hangers were provided in the wardrobe/cupboard. Two complimentary large bottles of water were put into our room each day. The bed was comfortable, the linen was rather tired and had a greyish hue rather than crisp white. The towels in the bathroom were a bit off white and hard on the skin. There were some toiletries provided. The room did have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. However, water from the air-conditioning unit, when in use, did trickle down the wall of the bathroom creating a puddle on the floor. Our room was towards the end of a long narrow corridor, which was cluttered with furniture and a cleaning trolley. Also we used the stairs a couple of times, which were lined with spare, folded up beds on the steps. The lifts were very narrow, could accommodate two people and their luggage, just about. The restaurant, in the hotel, Bay View, has an outdoor seating and dining area, Sea Side Patio. On our first evening we had a few drinks and dinner while overlooking Juhu Beach. We ordered chicken momos and tandoori mushrooms which were rather tasty. The drinks were a bit pricey, hotel prices, a large bottle of beer was 500Rs (£5) plus taxes. This could not be classified as a modern hotel, in fact in places it was tired and dated, however it was comfortable and did suit our needs. It is unlikely that we will return to this area, if we did we would not stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and my experience was just amazing Citizen hotel. Best location for people who want to stay near to beach, right at the Juhu beach beside the main entrance. Hospitality was top notch. Every staff was courteous and polite. We did not had lunch or dinner there as we had to explore the local cafes but the we had A la carte morning breakfast with Poha, tea and Paneer paratha at their seaside BayView restaurant and it was just superb in quality , taste and quantity. Albeit the food prices were a but higher but they are justified considering the location and the view from the restaurant just like the room prices. Rooms were clean and tidy with almost new like infra but yes quite compact bathrooms and corridor and rooms as well were average with centralised AC. They have very good open parking space as well. But I would say, they are definitely meeting the perfect 3* hotel standards with all basic required facilities. So, if you do not have problem room and bathroom size and planning to spend most of your time outside the hotel, just go for it without a second thought.

I've stayed at the hotel for few nights, the only good thing about this hotel is a nice lobby and restaurant ( not breakfst though). Staff not very helpful, they provide dirty and smelly rooms full of bugs, dirty irons and damaged ironing boards, you can easily destroy your cloths...Never again...

The location is amazing, right on juhu beach. But rooms are smaller. Although it is a good option for business traveller and family trips within budget. Staff is friendly. But there is no in-house laundry service, so it became a little inconvenient for me. Also, room look really old. Otherwise, it is a nice option for budget stay. Best part about this hotel is it’s beach side cafe! You can sit for hours there and enjoy the beach vibes.
