The Hotel is a Very old Hotel still maintained in the same pathetic condition with out renovation. But the Location is a Prime Location and Business Hub. Would be nice if the Mgmt decide to Renovate and give a new look. The customers would really feel the Value for Money Spent.Food is average but too costly.

Located in the erstwhile hub for business in Mumbai, this south mumbai hotel is extremely convenient for those doing business with the government. Its has a few colleges in the immediate vicinity but more importantly the state legislature and the MLA hostel are within walking distance. No Internet in rooms, AC was controlled with some doors, it sounded like a plane. Bathroom, Carpet, TV, everything was really old.

This is a charming hotel in a fantastic location - dont underestimate its exterior. We stayed 14 nights and were bowled over by the friendly staff, great service and large rooms.

Ritz, the name really sounds good, located almost opposite to hotel Astoria.. Would recommend a second hotel to stay if you are staying near church gate...
