Stayed in the Residency for 2 nights, our room was surprisingly spacious, very clean and included even a LCD TV. Very silent, no street noises audible in the room. Centrally located so you have railway station, gateway of India or other sights within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel in great location 15 mins walk to Colaba and staff couldnt do enough for us. There is some refurb working going on and the new rooms although a little on the small side are lovely and modern, clean and comfortable!
