The hotel is wonderful! Staff are friendly and responsible and really professional to meet our requirments everytime. My room is excellent and the food- drinks service is perfect. Clean spacious rooms, nice and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious - a full range of options and I was easily offered an extra stay time at the last minute.

Surrounding the Leela are so many options: Intercontinental, ITC Maratha, Hilton.... The Leela was wonderful in the 1980s. Now it pales in comparison to the new ones around it. Mediocre food, and poor customer service make the stay unbearable.
