Staying at this hotel for the second time. Managed to convince the front desk to give me a lake facing room which made the stay worthwhile. Rooms are efficient and comfortable. Stayed a couple of nights at Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel recently... though been there to attend a conference - a midst the busy day, you still find an unwinding! Would like to go back again on leisure, and certainly would recommend for leisure and conferences!!

Required more than usual wait for checkin and checkout. Staff looks tired. Room was confirmed as King bed and allocated with Queen bed on arrival. I just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I found the hotel to be very clean and upscale. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The room looked exactly like a nice US hotel room. Stayed here 11 days and was treated exceptionally well. Very comfortable room and bed in the old wing. Room showing this wing's age though. Not far from the airport. Food in cafe was excellent, but service was a little slow. The grounds were nice, beautiful flowers. Gym was very nice and updated.
