Booked in for a couple of days in Mumbai at the end of a business trip - first time there so not sure what to expect. From the outside the hotel lacks the obvious grandeur of the Taj / Oberoi etc and is pretty unprepossessing but inside it more than makes up for it. Good sized and well decorated rooms... more
We had a hotel car pick us up at the airport which although expensive was well worth it after the long flight. I had some minor issues while there (toilet wouldn't flush in original room and Club level Priority Club status was wholly ignored), but the management's response each time to any issue was swift and effective. Lacks the grandeur of the Oberoi hotels but still a very decent option in Mumbai. The hotel is modern and a reflection of India's growing appetite for western style. we stayed in InterContinental Marine Drive for a week,it was very beautiful.The hotel is magnificent makes us to come again and again. Tariif of the hotel was also good.Overall I would say this is probably one of the best hotel i have stayed more
