Difficult to say more than what I wrote in the title...all is perfect, from the welcome to the farewell. Rooms are really nice and hi-tech, restaurant food is exquisite and the service is exactly what you expect from a 5*. I definitely recommend it!

Sofitel, at BKC Mumbai was a very good hotel...our stay there was excellent.... All the staff members right from the reception, to room service, to gym, to the restaurant everything was simply excellent... We loved the stay n hope to return sooner to stay with Sofitel....

Great new hotel all around - Great wifi, restaurants, staff, etc. A bit outside of the city, but worth it. Rooms very clean, great design and great Both restaurants had very good food, especially for non vegetarians. The desserts in Pondicherry cafe were especially awesome. Highly recommended overall, if you have a sweet toothless.

We went a couple of times to Sofitel Mumbai : one visit to the multi cuisine restaurant Pondicherry Cafe and the other visit to Gyran (north western cuisine). Both restaurants had very good food, especially for non vegetarians. The desserts in Pondicherry cafe were especially awesome. Highly recommended overall, if you have a sweet tooth
