Pros. Nice location near train station and close enough to Colaba. Price. Pleasant staff, friendly. Great breakfast. Safe. Lift. Luggage storage. Cons. Not so clean bathroom and room. Torn shhets. Noisy inside hallways. Need earplugs. Video surveillance throughout open areas (sort of creepy).

We stayed in the Annexe part of the hotel which is a couple of buildings behind the hotel.The rooms were bigger, very modern against the older look of the main hotel.,but a bit dearer in my view they were worth it.

We stayed here for just 1 night. Small, clean room, no view but all you need is there. Breakfast was good. At walking distance from shopping avenue. WiFi available in the rooms but it took a while before they did understand the problem accessing. Friendly staff though.

I have to admit the rooms were great though the bathroom could do with a little makeover. The service was excellent and the overall stay at the hotel was very pleasant. And I would recommend this hotel for anyone at anytime.
