It's is better than other star hotel in mumbai.its rate ,quality and quantity of food is best than others.service is good,it's need improve cleanliness.location also good but not best.they give u all type service like travailing guide and rail, flight booking etc.staff is very co-operative.simply tell it according to our budget is very best hotel.
