I've been twice now and I'm starting to itch for another stay at IVAC. This time I'm going to allow a full three weeks so that I can complete panchakarma. This is a great place to go to make positive changes in your health. I can't tell you how sweet the staff is, how caring and self-less they are, how... More

We’ve had amazing week at IVAC. It was just enough time to do a rejuvenation package. . During my planning of a three week trip to India. I knew I wanted to experience an Ayurveda Spa for the last week. I had specific requirements : an authentic Indian environment yet clean to satisfy our westernized standards. There were many in... It's a great place for all nature loving people. The facilities over-there are amazing. People are very cordial and polite. The best place on the earth for peace of mind. The overall package and facilities provided by them is value for money. Rooms are really nice, luxurious and clean.. Rashmi Kiran

I followed up to IVAC in Feb 2012 after last visit of September 2011. This time I spent 2 weeks. Stayed in Cottage 401 - which I will recommend as the best. The program set for me by Dr Veena was good. Focus was on Virechana. I did pretty well of loosing 6 kgs of wait and an inch of... More

We recently stayed at I.V.A.C. for 2 nights and it was just a stop over and we were not interested in the treatments. On arrival they informed us that they were over booked and we would have to stay in one of the doctors relatives house with her . We were confined to a tiny bedroom where the double bed... More

A very beautiful haven of Ayurveda with excellent treatments and a wonderful ambience. I prefer Mysore to Kerala somehow it's location and connection with traditions like Sanskrit and Yoga is much more beautiful for having treatment. IVAC is on the slopes of Chamundee hill and very nicely poised. The treatments are heavenly here, try the Pizzichil.

We spent 8 days at IVAC in November. The weather was perfect, no need for air conditioning, the grounds are immaculate and lovely, very secure, the ambiance quiet and peaceful, the treatments heavenly, the service was excellent. We booked a package which included several treatments each day. This is not a budget hotel. It is a wellness spa with a... More

Miss the treatment... miss the chai that I would have against the advice of the doctor. Miss the amazing the therapist, nice/friendly doctors, the room boys, the dining guys. And the two yoga instructors- Naveen and Rita. Miss the chanting of the OM, miss the simple vegetarian meals, miss the holistic living. It was one hell of three weeks. Need... More

If one knows absolutely nothing about Ayurveda or good resorts in India, it could be called a good place. Otherwise, it's a place where people take you for a ride. Or more accurately, they take the ill-informed foreign tourists for a ride. If Ayurvedic treatment is your priority, please find a good resort in Kerala. They are genuine there. IVAC... More
