We had an awful experience staying at this hotel. It was very dirty and the bed was riddled with bed bugs. The staff knew that the room we stayed in was infested yet let us stay in the room without telling us. They offered a very small compensation - only 1/5th of what we had originally paid. I booked delux non ac room and there was no hot water and rooms are not cleaned. The hotel manager or anyone are not friendly. Travel help desk is worst and the drivers are just cheaters. They won't come on time. Lift wont work properly.
