A 10 minute walk from the main lift, gets you to the hotel. Neat rooms, with decent views. Apt for a weekend getaway to Shimla. Room Service is a little laid back, enough parking. Decent clean bathrooms. Value for money hotel!

Very average hotel which you would use as a place to spend the night in. They have a small garden and a coffee shop - both are decent looking. Little far from the MALL lift. I went for a family holiday. HPTDC staffs are very cordial at the MALL office but not at this hotel. Food quality is OK. It is a pain if your dates coincide with any of the local marriage party - you would find yourself placed in a Bazar.

This is HPTDC property. Rooms are spacious. Decor is old. Convenient location for short stay. Lift is just 5 mins walk from here. I stayed here two nights with family. We liberally used lifts for approaching mall road / ridge.

HHH is a govt. property managed by tourism department, it is located on beautiful location but the services provided are too bad, being a govt. owned hotel customer service is pathetic. You check in and then you are on your own...
