Having booked this on the internet we arrived to find a rooms that as damp, sheets unclean and tiles hanging off the bathroom. Transferred to this hotel as our original one was fully booked. Very helpful staff - provided fire and could have had 'hot bottles' if required. Restaurant chilly and not welcoming although food OK. Quite a distance from centre of Shimla but quiet area and good gardens. More
