the worst receptionist................ Kicks u out once u r done with ur stay..................... extremely rude and rowdy ..................... pathetic housekeeping, stained floors, leaking pipes............................. and keeps u in dark that the discounts (tax rate cuts) would only be possible if there is no "pakka" bill............

I was supposed to stay in this hotel for 3 nights but had to checked out after just one night. Room was very small with no windows. Toilet was very dirty & full of bugs. Service was less said the better. Even location wise you get a better option in Shimla in same price range. Will not recommend to anybody

Location - Located in a slum. Road to mall is dirty. No parking facility. Situated in a lane. You have to unload your luggage in a busy road with vehicles honking and walk to the hotel. i went wid my wife in june 2010 ,,,we booked dis hotel by net... inspite of bookin we have to wair for 1 hour at reception....rooms are small... bedsheet was dirty... on request they chnge...stinky bathroom...non cooperative staff...food is pricy....not much yummy.....for honeymooners ..my advice is to sleep on road but dun stay in dis hotel....not at all
