I was in Shimla on 01/02/2012, I stayed in Rajdoot for 2N and it was a good experience for us. Rajdoot is clean & tidy with gud response service. But food is liitle costlier compare with outside. Since this is a good hotel to stay and we paid Rs1000/24hrs (off-season).

In the previous as I visited to Shimla with my friends. We stay in this Hotel. Totally comfortable stay at Rajdoot. I love the facility and services provided by them. But the food was not good one as we all were expecting.

You cannot have the tea at Rajdoot. They don't boil it at all and I feel they use a wood flame. It is musty and cramped. But they gave me a steal (Rs.1080/N) because it was off-season. Staff was not supportive, food was not good. They agreed for diff rate and charged me more rate, provided driver was horrible, he dropped us 10 km away from hotel. and when we asked thm to arrange for some medicine, they denied, one waiter came and ask for Rs 100 additional.
