Rude, bad people, very disappointed by their behavior. They give a damn about customer satisfaction. All other things about a hotel are irrelevant until you are felt welcomed.

Right on the mall/ Clean Location/Decent rooms/ Public Parking very close to the hotel (High Court Parking) is a big advantage since cars not allowed on the mall/ Bed Mattresses could have been better/Preferably Eat out.
