We have booked 4 rooms and was looking for couple of hour extended checkout in at least one room. But manager was not co-operative. i stayed in this hotel in march 2013 with my wife.the hotel is located at very nice place near mall road and beetween CM house and Governor of Shimla.The room are not much spacious but food quality and room service are very good.hotel staff is also helpful

Good service of the staff, and good food. The location is in a VIP area , so its calm and quite. Easy accessibility by road till the hotel. Staff was very helpful. They were very gentle and helping. Its near to the The Mall road (1-2 kms). But the bathrooms are very small.. They should improve it. Geysers were working.... More

Horrible and pathetic response of the staff.Management is worse of all. Rooms were stinking, Bedcovers were nt changed, food is bad. Too far frm mall road. My sincere request to all dont stay here even if it is th last hotel available on this earth....

I booked the package, in that they reserved the superdelux room on Rahat Regency, but the room is very bad, the geezer is not working properly. Service only good.
