my tour operator book this hotel.hotel is average budget hotel the room are old style.not perfect furniture. Tv on table like old style,bathroom not clean.the room balcony is very dirty.i dont know about food bcs my tour operator hv own catering .we hv only use hotels dinning area.dinning area also average.hotel hv lift.

The Hotel is situated very near to Shimla Kali Mandir and Shimla Mall, walking distance. Service is poor. Room service is poor. The road leading to the hotel is very steep. We were feeling dizzy after getting out from the bus. Room decoration was nicely done.

I can recommend this hotel on the basis of the view one can get from the rooms balcony. The location is good. staff was friendly. Food was good, not very great though.
