It is a good budget place for your first or last day in India. In walking distance is the Metro station where the express line connects directly to the airport (only 60Rs) or the central rail station (20Rs). The hotel is a good lower budget place. It is clean and safe and there is AC and hot water. The breakfast... More

I have stayed at the Blue Triangle many times over the years. It is very basic, no frills, but the staff could not be nicer or more helpful which makes all the difference. The location is great because you can walk everywhere in the core area around Connaught Place and is very close to the excellent State Emporiums. Good place... More

The Hostel is an oasis of calm in a chaotic city that can assault the senses. I stayed here 9th to 19th February 2012, part of a group of 14. It was my second stay (previously visited in 2009) and I found it as good as my first visit. It is basic, but what else would you expect when staying... More

Nice quiet place, away from the noise and crowd. Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Very spacious A/c double room with balcony and a huge bath room. Close proximity of Connaught Place (main shopping area) and airport Metro Station. Restuarant is clean, with good food and service, reasonably priced. Both staff at the front desk and the restaurant (Kishore at the... More

This is basic accommodation - yet has comforts of a good bed, very large bathroom, personal balcony, and satellite TV. We ate here for a week while participating in work meetings on-site and the food was excellent - well prepared and clean (not always the case in India). The Hostel is situated in a quiet part of town in a... More

I stayed at the Blue Triangle in December 2011 and visited many times in the last years. This time I was very unhappy. To begin with, I paid by credit card using their on line reservation system and had to pay in full to reserve the room. I paid for a delux room but when I arrived the room was... More

Luxury accommodation this is not. The bedrooms are very clean but a bit shabby. But the excellent quiet safe and central location makes up for this. I spend all too much time in business class hotels in the UK. it is nice to stay somewhere with a bit of character where the staff seem genuinely friendly. I agree with the... More

You will not find cheaper rooms than this in Delhi, specially if you are on a quick work-related trip. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and clean. Could add a few more dishes to the breakfast menu, and they serve from 7.30 am, so be prepared to queue up. The a la carte lunch and dinner menu has a lot... More

The YWCA Blue Triangle Family Hostel is not luxurious by any means, but it is warm, clean, friendly, safe and well located; only a short walk from Connaught Place and only 10 minutes walk from Patel Chowk metro station. There are either individual or twin rooms, each with their own adjoining bathrooms. There was sometimes hot water and the beds... More

If you are passing through Dehli and simply want a cheap bed for the night, the YWCA Blue Triangle kind of fits the bill. The accomodation is very basic. If you are able to get an ensuite room, dont have too high an expectation for shower facilities, as the hot water is a little hit and miss (as with a... More
