No hotshowers, terrible beds, got dirty sheets, when asked to replace them they were dirty again and housekeeping did not want to leave the room without a tip. Location is bad as well - farfrom everything.

I did stay in Blue Sapphire a few times during my trip in India. It's a nice hotel, clean,nicely decorated and the staff is really helpful and friendly. The area is nice as well, witha bazar-market along the street. I would suggest to anyone! Manuela, Italy
