I selected Hotel Vikram when I was in delhi in Feb 2012 as I wanted to be in the middle of city. And this hotel only suffice this requirement. Rooms are not good at all..... Service is Avg. and People at reception need to be trained to talk to customer.......

Very nice room, good service. Desk staff was thoughtful and very helpful seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. enjoyed the breakfasts, food was good. Location was central for our sightseeing.

Located next to metro station, so getting around is easy. Has a travel desk that can arrange cabs at a good price and very good service. Food is nice ! Front desk team can improve service. Rooms are spacious and value for money. bathroom amenities can be improved.

If you are planning for a short business trip to Delhi, then this is the place to be. Its proximity from the Central & South Delhi is its USP. Above that it is reasonable with respect to its tariff. Has a nice 24X7 lounge/restro which makes it the happening place at nights.

I stayed here twice in Novemver 2011. Hotel has very excellent location. it is at cross Road between Ring Road, BRTS and Delhi Metro !! Staff is really polite and volunteers lot of information to make one feel comfortable. Rooms were clean and furnished elegently

The location is the highlight. Thats about it. We organized multiple seminars across India and this was by far the most expensive. However the whole support system was missing. They charged everything extra from screen to microphone and still have no support to offer. The management was poorly done, delayed and noone around to help in case of a problem....
