We stayed in this lovely old Colonial hotel for one night in December. We arrived late afternoon and left very early the next morning so we stayed here for only about 12 hours in total. The rooms are massive with very high ceilings, but are very sparsely furnished which makes it feel a bit empty and not very cosy. The... More

This Heritage listed hotel has large bedrooms with a large separate sitting room on entry. A spacious well equipped bathroom with separate glassed shower and bath tub. It's well lit with nice amenities andw plentiful towel supplies. The rooms are serviced and maintained to a 5 star rating. Only meals taken were in the Garden Terrace for buffet breakfast and... this is the place to go in Delhi. If you want to relax after your India journey or before, come here. Look for Amman in Reception to arrange for all your needs and Richard in the Restaurant to arrange for every culinary need. These two have left a lasting memory and couldn't have done more or better. They are the... More

I spent one night here as a soft transit from Nepal before heading back to the UK. Great pre arrival comms, car pick up on time, allow 90 mins to get from airport due to traffic. Lovely room, great food and prompt service. A great end to the trip. Thank you. More

This is a nice hotel and clean but the rooms could use a new coat of paint and a new carpets. The service is friendly and attentive. More

It seems that not many of the taxi drivers or auto rickshaws know where this hotel is as it is so far north of all the other districts and it is out of the way of most of the places you want to go in Delhi. It is beautiful from the outside, but rooms although large are rather stark. The... More

Dear Guest, We thank you for your stay at maidens Hotel and sparing your valuable time to post your comments on trip advisor. We regret to note that the cab driver did not know the location of the hotel, though this the oldest hotel in Delhi. We have plans of refurbishing our rooms and hope fully on your next visit... More

This is a real gem, combining outstanding service, beautiful rooms and a boutique hotel spirit. The staff was extremely helpful. We spent 3 nights at our arrival in Delhi, and an other night on our way back from Jaipur, and we really felt welcome home. Food at the Curzon room was very good (we always ordered from the menu), and... More

Situated in Old Delhi's Civil Lines area which was inhabited by the British civilian population. Visited this white plastered facade which formerly housed Indian professionals and merchant families. As we where staying across the road at a good homestay we decided to venture out an evening meal. Once greeted we where ushered into a small bar area, (freezing A/C)where you... More

Dear Guest, We thank you for visiting our Bar and posting your feedback on trip advisor. We are distressed to learn that temperature was too low to your liking. Usually the month of June and July are amongst the warmest period in Delhi and A/C is run on full capacity. However, we have taken note of your remarks and briefed... More

found this hotel heavily reliant on the heritage building to justify the price. Breakfast was about £7 for a buffet with average service. If you want a cup of tea later then expect to pay £4. Rooms are bland and nothing special. Location is OK but a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro and then a few stops to... More

A very clean, quiet and charming hotel. Set in a large garden, well back from the street. The staff are very obliging and efficient and all facilities are present. The rooms do not have windows to the outside, but only onto an internal passageway. Although unusual this is no problem. Apparently when built, before air-conditioning, this prevented the sun from...
