If the hotel was in this country it would be closed down, As it's in an area of Delhi that can honestly be described as a slum, it's a form of sanctuary. Windows missing from various rooms around the building, each floor has a loud telephone that constantly rings for staff, if you get a room that faces the road don't expect any sleep from the constant horn blowing traffic. Insects of various descriptions are a constant and dirty linen comes as standard. The staff are pests themselves and the noisiest hoteliers you will meet. It is cheap but don't be fooled by this, spend a touch more and enjoy.
