An overbossy manager rudely managing the operations at the dining, leaking washrooms, construction activity that never stopped, cramped spaces and balcony, lack of basic facilities like slippers, to-the-point menu, secluded from the main city, away from metro line where you don't find transport after 8 o clock easily. The Park Plaza is a few miles from my home and I wanted to book a room for a night and two days. I had to call them 4 times to get a quote. nice new hotel - shame about the absence of noise insulation made worse by the hotel renting out the conference facility on the 1st floor for late night parties which can be heard on the rooms above. Also staff tried to charge me for the room even though we had paid through lastminute.com

Normally would have rated this hotel a 8.5, but given that they significantly improved (maybe due to comments on trip advisor??). Staff provides top services, comparable with Taj Hotels (at much lower price). Restaurant small but very good especially breakfast and a la carte menu. The room was clean and adequate with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and amenities provided were very good. Head staff were obliging but sometimes their willingness didn't translate to service at the lower levels. The biggest disadvantage is its location...too long to get into central Delhi.

The hotel was in great condition with both the lobby area and the rooms being in perfect shape. The staff was extremely courteous and the service was super prompt. The facilities etc. were new and everything worked as it should.
